Job Summary:

We require an experienced and responsible individual for a short-term, one-month assignment as a Temporary Warehouse Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. This role involves direct oversight of one Helper responsible for barcode scanning, ensuring accurate inventory counting, and preparing and presenting daily inventory reports to the relevant authorities.

Key Requirements & Candidate Profile:

  • Visa Status: Must possess and be responsible for their own valid UAE Residence Visa. (No company sponsorship provided).
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven ability to manage and direct one subordinate (Helper).
  • Reporting Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for data compilation and report generation.
  • Communication: Must be comfortable and professional when presenting daily data/reports to higher authorities.
  • Availability: Must be immediately available to start and commit to the full one-month duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise and manage the Warehouse Helper assigned to the scanning and counting team.
  • Task Execution Oversight: Ensure the Helper accurately performs barcode scanning on all designated A/c outlets during receiving, movement, and dispatch.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee and verify the accurate physical counting of inventory as per the supervisor's direction.
  • Reporting & Documentation (Crucial):
  • Compile all scanned data and count verification into a daily report using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the compiled data.
  • Authority Presentation: Present the finalized daily count report clearly and professionally to the designated project authorities at the end of each shift/day.
  • Workflow Management: Maintain smooth and efficient workflow within the designated project area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Working Schedule:

  • Total Working Days: 26 days within the month.
  • Off Days: 4 days off per month (schedule determined by site needs).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 60 per week
