We are a leading HVAC contractor based in Abu Dhabi, committed to delivering high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions across the UAE. As we embark on a new project, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution.

Job Summary:
The HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and Sub-contractors and with the consultant/client to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
  • Team Coordination: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant/client , providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 9+ years in Mechanical/HVAC Construction Field, 4-6 years of experience in Mechanical (HVAC) project management, preferably within the UAE/GCC region .
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office .

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Valid UAE driving license
  • PMP certification is a plus.
