**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and innovation through advanced analytics and machine learning. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions that drive results. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our business strategy and informing our decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models to drive business growth and improvement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Develop and maintain large-scale data models and algorithms using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business operations and decision-making processes
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to ensure knowledge sharing and reuse
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

**Essential Qualifications**

Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
Strong background in data science and machine learning, with experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**
