**The Role**

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing accurate information and solutions to our clients' queries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Fluent in Danish and have a good command of English
  • Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using technology to resolve customer queries and improve efficiency
