The ideal candidate is a polished communicator and exceptional presenter with a strong commitment to professional development best practices that drive both teacher impact and company success. <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-MIAMI</span></p> <p><strong>This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in Miami, Florida.</strong></p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</h4> <ul> <li>Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL</li> <li>Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development sessions and provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions – up to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel</li> <li>Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation&nbsp;</li> <li>Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps</li> <li>Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</h4> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree</li> <li>7+ years of educational professional development experience</li> <li>MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have had extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences</li> <li>Experience teaching in a K-12 setting (preferred experience in M-DCPS)</li> <li>Exceptional presentation skills</li> <li>Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude</li> <li>Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li> <li>Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology</li> <li>Strategic thinker and problem-solver</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h4>ABOUT IXL LEARNING</h4> <p>IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
