Summary

We’re seeking a collaborative and consultative Workday Security Administrator to manage, monitor, and govern Workday application security, including managing security policy, external links, custom security groups and integration security. This role requires hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Reporting, and Integrations, with a strong understanding of security policies and controls with these Modules in the Healthcare Industry

Responsibilities – All within Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday HR, Workday Reporting and manage integration security around all of the various modules

  • Own end-to-end Workday security administration for various Workday HCM Modules
  • Monitor and audit security configurations to ensure compliance and stability.
  • Lead security design and provide expert consultancy across Workday teams.
  • Review and approve security requests.
  • Document and maintain internal control procedures.
  • Analyze security impacts of change requests and Workday releases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams.
  • Assess feasibility of security changes and their impact on HR/Payroll processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans; track defects and resolutions.
  • Handle incident tickets and change requests per SLAs.
  • Perform mass data loads using EIBs.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Conduct regular data integrity audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of Workday HR systems experience.
  • Strong Workday Security including managing security policy, external links, custom security groups and integration security in Workday HR systems and modules
  • Independent, agile, and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Healthcare, hospital, Pharmacetuical or related industry

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
