Join us as we shape the sound of tomorrow-one record at a time.<br><br>In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving inventory and materials within the warehouse, ensuring the proper handling, organization, and storage of items, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be physically capable of handling heavy lifting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse as needed.</li><li>Handle fragile and sensitive products with the highest level of care.</li><li>Process inventory for deliveries and pickups.</li><li>Sort, organize, and store inventory in its designated location.</li><li>Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.</li><li>Stack and organize large bulk items.</li><li>Operate necessary tools and equipment to maintain the warehouse.</li><li>Unload inventory from trucks for shipping and delivery.</li><li>Move materials from storage areas to pick-up zones or other locations as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and potential hazards.</li><li>Collaborate as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.</li><li>Close out pickups in a timely manner.</li><li>Keep accurate logs and documentation for inventory processing.</li><li>Assist in maintaining and organizing up-to-date inventory records.</li><li>Prepare documentation for inventory audits.</li><li>Implement best practices for the safe and efficient handling of materials.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Forklift certification required.</li><li>Ability to pass drug test and background check.</li><li>Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, and climb during shifts.</li><li>Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more.</li><li>Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to monitor quality and quantity of inventory.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to store items efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of and adherence to health and safety regulations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong><ul><li>Warehouse setting with a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work in varied conditions, including standing and lifting for extended periods.</li></ul>
