Summary The Vice President, Sephora Media Network is a senior enterprise leader responsible for setting the long-term vision, growth strategy, and overall performance of Sephora’s Retail Media Network. Building on a rapidly scaling and highly successful business, this role owns enterprise-level strategy, P&L accountability, and executive partnerships to unlock the next phase of growth and monetization for our media network.

This role operates as a highly visible member of the Marketing Leadership Team, partnering closely with executive peers across Marketing, eCommerce, Technology, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure SMN is fully integrated into Sephora’s enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sephora Media Network, aligning Sephora business objectives with endemic brand needs
  • Own full P&L accountability for the Retail Media Network, including revenue growth, forecasting, inventory strategy, and financial performance
  • Drive executive-level partnerships across Marketing, eCommerce, Technology, Brand Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure seamless integration and execution
  • Champion innovation, retail media excellence, and marketplace leadership by staying ahead of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging ad technologies
  • Oversee development and execution of the SMN product and technology roadmap in partnership with Technology and business stakeholders
  • Serve as an internal and external thought leader, representing Sephora Media Network with executive stakeholders, partners, and the broader marketplace
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture focused on continuous improvement across performance, operations, and process
  • Build, lead, and mentor senior leaders and teams, developing a high-performing, inclusive organization with strong succession planning
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in digital media, advertising technology, retail media, or relevant marketing environments
  • Proven executive leadership experience driving growth, scaling complex businesses, and managing P&L responsibility in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in cross-platform digital advertising solutions, ad technology stacks, programmatic media, and retail media ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-layered organizations and influencing at the C-suite and Board level
What You’ll Get The annual base salary range for this position is $270,000.00 - $300,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
