We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a busy and growing wedding and events planning business. This is a remote role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments and has strong organizational and communication skills.

The role will initially commence at approximately 15 hours per week (with potential to increase to full-time hours as the business expands).

You will play a key support role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with client communications, administrative tasks, and coordination of event-related documentation.

  • Previous experience working as a Virtual Assistant
  • Fluent or near-native English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional patience and attention to detail
  • Fast learner with the ability to follow processes and instructions
  • Strong understanding of professional email etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Availability to work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
