Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and eager to kickstart your career in customer support? Canva is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Virtual Assistants to join our Customer Support team. This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in Australia. We believe in potential over pedigree, so no degree is required – we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing friendly and efficient support across various channels, helping them get the most out of Canva.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and potentially phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Guide users through Canva's features and functionalities, offering troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our help resources and FAQs based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product features and company policies to provide informed support.
