Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Operations for our Restaurant / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize restaurant operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Lead and inspire senior management teams across multiple locations, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily operations management, including quality assurance, service standards, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive change management initiatives to adapt to market trends, operational challenges, and technological advancements.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
