<p><b>What You'll Do  </b></p><p>A successful <b>VERIFICATION SPECIALIST</b> will be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to details and must have a high-level of analytical skills to provide a comprehensive report to the client.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications.</li><li>Obtain Verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.</li><li>Investigate and confirm reference credibility.</li><li>Update reference contact information within database.</li><li>Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request.</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. (Call out to specific organization/school as requested by a client and referees for clarification)</li><li>Coordinate with other departments via phone and email regarding the status of the background check.</li><li>Transferring calls to appropriate departments</li><li>Update database and complete verification report.</li><li>Other duties may be required such as:</li><li>Setting up client orders</li><li>Completing database check</li><li>Work allocation duties</li><li>Quality checks</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Need to be Successful:</b></p><ul><li>Candidate must at least have spent 2 years in College or 1 year in college with BPO experience.</li><li>Experience doing Inbound calls/transactions is recommended (but not required).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You May Need to be Successful:</b></p><ul><li>Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews.</li><li>Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers</li><li>Must be amenable to work remotely in the Night Shift and/or shifting schedules.</li><li>Willing to work on a<span> </span><b>NIGHT SHIFT<span> </span></b>schedule</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us at First Advantage?</b></p><p>At First Advantage, team members are united around a noble purpose: helping organizations to safeguard their workplaces and manage risk.
