We are currently hiring for the following schedule: • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (OH) Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible communicating with outside collection vendors, card members and other internal departments to ensure compliance of profit and loss controls.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
  • Processes vendor requests, email invoices, payments and/or inventory exceptions.
  • Provides customer service to incoming vendor and/or card member calls and emails.
  • Perform necessary account research.
  • Performs administrative duties including: receive and process outgoing mail; maintains and manages personal production records; reconciles transmissions and inventory; maintains accurate records.
  • Processes account closures as required.
  • Maintain and process miscellaneous reports.
  • Maintains personal production reports and data.
  • Supports all team, department and company initiatives and business strategies.

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years Collections or customer service
