6 month contract with strong potential to extend Job Summary The Information Technology UiPath Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions within Automation IT.

This includes building UiPath workflows, integrating Document Understanding and AI Fabric models, configuring Orchestrator components, supporting SAP automations, and actively monitoring production bots. This role is responsible for the day to day technical delivery of automation projects within our READY DEV GO agile process. The UiPath Developer will partner with business stakeholders, consultants, and internal Automation team members to achieve Automation strategic imperatives.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify process needs, document business and technical requirements (PDDs/SDDs), and engineer high complexity automation solutions.
  • Develop and support resilient UiPath workflows utilizing REFramework, including Document Understanding pipelines and AI Center model integrations.
  • Engineer advanced Excel based automations using Workbook activities, Excel Integration Service, and VBA/macros to support heavy data processing, pivot tables, and advanced formatting needs.
  • Build and maintain enterprise grade automations for SAP using SAP GUI automation, BAPI integrations, and scripting.
Design and implement Human in the Loop (HITL) solutions using UiPath Action Center and UiPath Apps for processes requiring manual validation or approvals.
  • Configure and manage UiPath Automation Cloud Orchestrator, including modern folders, assets, queues, triggers, and Cloud Robot (Unattended/Serverless) provisioning.
  • Actively monitor production bots, analyze transaction failures, review logs, and perform root cause analysis to implement selector stabilization, retry logic improvements, and performance tuning.
  • Manage deployments and environment configurations, maintaining comprehensive records of test evidence, developer notes, and audit ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot credential failures, robot connectivity issues, and system access problems impacting automation performance.
  • Maintain code integrity and version control across cloud environments using Git, ensuring seamless migration and controlled hotfixes from Development to Production.
  • Apply advanced programming logic using C#, VB.NET, and LINQ to support high volume data manipulation and complex technical requirements within UiPath Studio.
Education And Experience Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • UiPath Profession Certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in UiPath automation development, including Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and automation delivery.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with UiPath Document Understanding and AI Fabric / AI Center integrations.
  • Strong hands on experience developing SAP automations using SAP GUI, BAPI, or API automation
  • Experience with Power Apps (Power Automate and Power BI) is a Plus
