Who you are: As a Trust Operations Manager with Frost, you are our leader, ensuring your team has the necessary support and guidance to ensure a seamless trust experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of trust operations specialists. More than that, this role is about developing people and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. What you’ll do:   Ensures the area is adequately staffed and personnel are trained Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient Plans and schedules activities within the area, coordinates them with information systems and other operational units as required Resolves unusual or complex problems; conducts research projects on complex issues and reports findings to upper management Ensures operations are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Works closely with related trust personnel to ensure that their operational requirements are met Exercise the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations Perform all other duties as assigned Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: 8+ years of trust operations experience Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
