<p><b>About The Role: </b>This role is currently remote, and the position's core hours are North American. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated A<b>pplication Support role - Integrations Specialist (Tier 2)</b> is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and maintenance for integration applications in a production environment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange, high system availability, and timely issue resolution across various applications and interfaces.<br>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors.<br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Provide daily production support for integration of applications and related systems.</li><li>Monitor, identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to integration processes, data transfer, and application performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective resolution while minimizing business impact.</li><li>Collaborate with internal technical teams (development, operations, infrastructure) and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve integration-related problems.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.</li><li>Apply patches, upgrades, and new releases to integration platforms and related systems as necessary.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and support business continuity during production incidents.</li></ul><p><b>Key Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Solid understanding of integration technologies such as APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Web Services).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in application or production support, preferably in a role focused on integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, MongoDB).</li><li>Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML debugging and XSLT transformations.</li><li>Experience with ITIL-based support processes or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).</li></ul><p>If you are a motivated individual with a service-oriented mindset, a strong background in Integrating applications, and a desire to excel in a dynamic support environment, we encourage you to apply for the Tier 2 Application Support Specialist role.
