Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zooms growth in communication and collaboration.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading and growing a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists focused on corporate data and analytics.</p></li><li><p>Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.</p></li><li><p>Engineering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.</p></li><li><p>Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.</p></li><li><p>Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics</p></li><li><p>Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.</p></li><li><p>Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.</p></li><li><p>Providing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Have a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience and have 15+ years across data engineering, ML, and analytics.</p></li><li><p>Leverage a deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets.</p></li><li><p>Possess exceptional engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate expertise in delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance.</p></li><li><p>Offer expertise with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, and Notebooks.</p></li><li><p>Be an excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$146,700.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$339,300.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
