The Senior Compensation Analyst works with a variety of stakeholders across the System to develop and present creative compensation alternatives while maintaining consistency with Wellstar's general compensation philosophy and policies. The Senior Compensation Analyst is a highly visible customer service-oriented position that will perform high-volume, time sensitive, and confidential document review and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide support, guidance, and advice on standard and complex issues.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The Senior Compensation Analyst will have an expectation of a high sense of urgency, strong project management skills and the ability to deliver accurate work in a highly complex and fast-paced environment, desire and willingness to provide support to senior Team Members.</span></p><p><br><br><b><span>Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:</span></b></p><p></p><h2></h2><ul><li><h2>Function as Compensation department SME (to clients and HR) for multiple disciplines, processes and/or client services.</h2></li><li><h2>Provide Compensation consulting to partners, clients, and leaders</h2></li><li><h2>Guide facility human resources with compensation related processes; evaluates issues and provides problem resolution; handles compensation interpretations and resolutions.</h2></li><li><h2>Present and provide compensation content and input to partners, clients, and leaders, such as educating department managers and other members of Wellstar Health System about compensation philosophy, regulatory issues affecting employment, payment of wages, etc.</h2></li><li><h2>Investigate employee complaints and/or department manager’s requests regarding regulatory issues.</h2></li><li><h2>Develop a proactive relationship with partners, clients, and leaders in assigned support areas</h2></li><li><h2><span>Lead market survey submissions and partners with external and internal resources as required.</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Conduct comprehensive equity analysis, summarize information and assists in the development of recommended actions in support of compensation policies and procedures</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Administer the research, consolidation and interpretation of data required by leadership</span></h2></li><li><h2><span>Review job descriptions to ensure accuracy of job content and qualifications, in alignment with market data.
