We’re looking for a QA Engineer to help drive quality across our distributed SaaS ecosystem. You will build and maintain automated test suites, strengthen our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and reliable. This is a hands‑on engineering role within a modern, collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, transparency, and delivering high‑impact products. What You'll Do: Manual & Exploratory Testing<ul><li>Execute manual test cases for UI, API, and end‑to‑end user workflows.</li><li>Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user-impacting defects.</li><li>Document clear, reproducible bug reports and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.</li><li>Validate business requirements and user acceptance criteria through hands‑on testing.</li></ul>Automation Engineering<ul><li>Develop and maintain automated tests for UI, API, microservices, and integration layers.</li><li>Contribute to scalable, reusable automation frameworks stored in GitHub.</li><li>Create validations for distributed systems, service‑to‑service interactions, queues, and API contracts.</li></ul>Quality Ownership<ul><li>Work closely with developers and product partners to understand story details and test requirements.</li><li>Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution.</li><li>Support exploratory, UAT, and end‑to‑end testing for user‑focused scenarios.</li></ul>Collaboration & Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Participate in code reviews, GitHub workflows, and team automation practices.</li><li>Engage in team learning sessions and internal quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Contribute ideas to improve testing approaches and overall product quality.</li></ul> What You'll Need to be Successful: Core Skills<ul><li>Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written)</li><li>3–5 years of hands‑on experience in QA automation or test engineering.</li><li>Familiarity with writing test cases, test plans, and defect documentation.</li><li>Understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and user‑flow validation</li><li>Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation.</li><li>Understanding of WebdriverIO and/or Playwright.</li><li>Proven ability to automate UI, API, and integration scenarios.</li><li>Familiar with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar cloud platforms.</li></ul>Tooling & Engineering Basics<ul><li>Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.</li><li>Basic understanding of REST APIs and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM).</li><li>Awareness of CI/CD principles is beneficial.</li></ul>Data & Application Knowledge<ul><li>Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries.</li><li>Good understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM).</li></ul>Ways of Working<ul><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.</li><li>Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality.</li><li>Curiosity and adaptability with a desire to continually improve testing skills.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Exposure to SQL basics.</li><li>Awareness of performance or accessibility testing concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) through university or personal projects.</li><li>Understanding of accessibility testing principles (WCAG 2.1 AA).</li></ul>We have great people here and are looking for more.
