Description:

  • Lead and expand business in the General Business segment while driving regional sales strategy.
  • Grow revenue through new customer acquisition and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive Elastic’s sales methodology and help ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas.
  • Foster a team culture of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with the open source community and partner ecosystems.
  • Assist with deal creation and closure and provide managerial support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives.
  • Strong SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing Account Executives in a dynamic or high-velocity market.
  • Executive-level relationships with key accounts.
  • Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience scaling a high-velocity sales function.
  • Bonus: experience working within an open source model.
  • Compensation is based on a 60/40 pay mix of base salary and target variable pay.
  • Typical starting salary range: $135,900 to $215,100 USD.
  • Typical starting target variable range: $90,600 to $143,300 USD.
  • Typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range: $226,500 to $358,300 USD.
