The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within tight timelines.</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements</li><li>Source candidates through various channels (Workday, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals)</li><li>Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews</li><li>Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers</li><li>Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, JSM)</li><li>Support offer negotiations and closing of candidates</li><li>Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., onboarding-related project/task, process improvements, pipeline building)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Need to be Successful:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field</li><li>At least 5+ years of recruitment experience handling end-to-end hiring in a BPO environment</li><li>Knowledgeable in Workday recruiting tool</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You May Need to be Successful:</b></p><ul><li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing hiring targets</li><li>Strong sourcing and interviewing skills</li><li>Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews.</li><li>Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers</li><li>Must be amenable to work remotely in the Day Shift and/or shifting schedules.</li><li>Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces</li><li>Willing to work on a <b>TEMPORARY</b> employment arrangement <b>(6 months)</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us at First Advantage?</b></p><p>At First Advantage, team members are united around a noble purpose: helping organizations to safeguard their workplaces and manage risk.
