Position Summary<br><br>Effectual Project Managers are members of the Project Management Office within Effectual Professional Services (PS) organization responsible for ensuring that customer-facing projects are delivered in-scope, on-time, and on-budget with customer satisfaction, while ensuring a positive experience for the delivery team. You are a "Brand Ambassador" and are expected to advocate for achieving our customer's defined outcomes through the delivery of our services, leading our Professional Services software development and cloud engineering teams. You will report to the Project Management Office Manager.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Project Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring understanding of organizational goals and priorities. Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and client needs.</li><li> Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities to improve costs and improve project profitability.</li><li> Client Relationship & Business Development: Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals. Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities.</li><li> Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior team members and fostering their professional development. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in project management and client engagement.</li><li> Risk Management: Evaluates risk assessment for complex projects. Audit projects to identify risk status. Develop and own paths to green resolutions for identified risks.</li><li>Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes. Implement Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies to enhance team efficiency, reduce rework, and improve project outcomes. </li><li>Change Management & Organizational Transformation: Lead change management initiatives for client projects involving organizational transformation, process improvements, or technology adoption. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies. </li><li>Cross-Functional Business Acumen: Apply diverse industry experience (manufacturing, logistics, consulting, etc.) to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions for complex client challenges. </li><li>Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to identify operational improvement opportunities beyond project scope.
