These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:</p><ul><li><strong>Microsoft Cloud Background Check:</strong> This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><div><ul><li><span>5+ years of experience in product/program management within large-scale technology firms. </span> </li><li><span>Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional and cross-team initiatives. </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Experienced in data-driven decision-making: querying, data analytics, a/b testing.</span> </li><li><span>Skilled at partnering with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver new solutions.</span> </li><li><span>Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple product groups without direct authority.</span><span> </span></li></ul><p><span>#M365CORE</span></p></div> <br><br><p>Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
