It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work has real impact. </p> <p>The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive media strategies that drive streaming hours, subscriptions, and engagement by effectively & efficiently using owned and operated media. This role requires working across multiple teams and will necessitate comfort in using data to create the most effective media plans.  </p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What you'll be doing </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies on a Roku device to effectively and efficiently drive KPI performance for internal marketing areas that the Consumer Marketing Organization supports</li> <li>Liaise with key stakeholders on the marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams to implement best practices using performance marketing results to inform decisions</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with analytics to provide consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights that feed back into the overall media strategy</li> <li>Be the POC with the product, marketing clients, analytics, and engineering teams on all media capabilities and measurement projects</li> <li>Utilize analytics and platform tools to track and optimize KPIs</li> <li>Reports performance to Marketing teams, other stakeholders, and Senior leadership</li> <li>Have a keen understanding of Roku’s ad products and campaign execution capabilities</li> <li>Ensure all campaigns are being captured correctly in our internal reporting tools</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>We're excited if you have </strong></h3> <ul> <li>In-depth understanding of the Streaming TV landscape</li> <li>Experience working on omnichannel campaigns in entertainment or streaming TV is strongly preferred</li> <li>Comfortable working with ambiguity</li> <li>Media planning experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to extract actionable insights from data analysis and translate them to tasks for both marketing and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Able to translate business goals and synthesize them into an effective high-level campaign strategy</li> <li>Experience making data-driven marketing decisions to improve and optimize campaigns</li> <li>Experience developing content engagement campaigns at a media, streaming, or subscription service is a plus</li> <li>Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</li> <li>Strong judgment and attention to detail with an understanding of marketing & advertising ethics, including but not limited to privacy laws and working in a cookie-less world</li> <li>Positive and collaborative personality; a commitment to ensuring all activities undertaken are as successful as possible</li> <li>Ability to operate and thrive under tight timelines and the ability to pivot with ease</li> <li>Must have strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>Familiar with Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, and other similar analytics platforms</li> </ul> <h6>#LI-SR2</h6><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
