Work collaboratively with Product Management, IT, and Business teams to design technological solutions that provide a competitive advantage and align with business needs. Function as a trusted advisor to provide technical guidance based on business requirements and industry best practices. Responsible for coordinating with Architecture and IT teams to ensure systems are securely designed, deployed, and supported in alignment with cybersecurity standards.</p> <br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;">1. Lead the development of the technical design of business solutions and assess the cyber complexity and level of effort for projects, as a key input to roadmap and prioritization.<br>2. Provide expert cyber and industry guidance to portfolio stakeholders and act as a mentor to less experienced team members.<br>3. Advocate for technical and non-functional requirements and projects to be represented in the roadmap.<br>4. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities to develop top talent to build an effective and high performing team. <br>5. Identify dependencies across systems and teams for technical solutions.<br>6. Work collaboratively with Domain Architecture and other stakeholders to translate general Cyber best practices into product lines and ensure project work meets standards and requirements <br>7. Catalog and diagram services and functionality in accordance with business and cyber requirements. Develop other technical documentation as appropriate.<br>8. Contribute and adhere to the Cyber Security team's processes, templates, and procedures.<br>9. Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to define and lead Solutions Architect team standards and procedures.</p> <br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;">(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered.
