SUMMARY We’re hiring for a Senior Communications & PR Manager to help Wiz as we enter the next phase of our global growth. You’re the right candidate if you have a knack for nailing voice and tone – from ghost writing to corporate messaging – plus a creative streak and a love of PR. This role involves supporting various functions and partnering closely with team members around the world, plus our agency colleagues. From thought leadership to groundbreaking research discoveries and product PR, awards, and speaking, you will do it all to help vet and pursue opportunities that reinforce Wiz’s standing as a customer obsessed cloud security leader that always has a compelling and unique story to tell. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Support all aspects of communications, from thought leadership and speaking to awards and media relations as the company scales globally and eyes an eventual IPO. This includes vetting inbound requests, proactively securing new opportunities, and making recommendations. • You will be a generalist, expected to work with various teams including Product, Social, Partners, Research, internal communications, executive team members and international field teams to support all aspects of marketing, including product launches, events, trade shows, and more. • Partner with our PR agency colleagues on media relations and company milestones. • Assist with ad hoc content marketing efforts by writing a variety of assets, including blog posts, press releases, and other related materials. You will also be expected to offer strategic guidance on the development of these assets from time to time. • Help reinforce alignment to company messaging across external platforms, and drive evolution of messaging as corporate narrative and industry landscape evolves. • Maintain updated tracking and reporting of key metrics, including: media coverage, calendar of awards and speaking, monthly + quarterly summary reports, and earned third party recognition. WHAT YOU'LL BRING • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology PR or SaaS / cybersecurity, ideally including some agency time. • A knack for collaboration, including experience working with stakeholders across different functions and geos. • Strong writing and copyediting skills, with an aptitude for voice and tone.
