Job Description:

  • Execute and optimize paid search campaigns following established SOPs, with potential expansion into display advertising
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis during onboarding and campaign launch phases
  • Continuously optimize campaigns (bids, budgets, negative keywords, targeting) to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support monthly client reporting and strategy discussions (and occasionally join client calls)
  • Write and test ad copy using best practices and A/B testing methodologies
  • Advise on landing page strategy to improve conversion performance
  • Use tools like Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics to monitor and improve campaign outcomes
  • Maintain strong organization through project management tools and accurate time tracking
  • Stay current on paid search trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on paid search
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (agency experience preferred)
  • Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
  • Experience managing significant ad budgets (e.g., $200K+ annually)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable participating in frequent video calls and collaborating with distributed teams
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
