This unique role combines strategic selling with expert Salesforce advisory, aiming to shape how clients engage with technology.</p> <p>This position is not your typical quota-carrying role; it emphasizes building solid client relationships, creating tailored Salesforce narratives relevant to various industries, and mentoring team members, all while fostering significant revenue growth across accounts.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li><p>Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, cultivating deep relationships from practitioners to C-suite executives. Identify growth opportunities and position Salesforce as a long-term value engine while tracking pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.</p></li> <li><p>Lead client conversations directly, acting as an engagement leader. Transform complex business challenges into actionable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry Clouds, and emerging AI offerings. Develop narratives that bridge technology with measurable business outcomes.</p></li> <li><p>Collaborate closely with Salesforce account executives, alliance teams, and internal delivery leaders to create and implement joint go-to-market strategies. Play an active role in business development initiatives, RFP responses, and executive briefings that enhance our market presence.</p></li> <li><p>Work alongside sales leadership to accurately forecast performance and model results across various verticals. Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize accounts and inform strategies that enable sustainable growth.</p></li> <li><p>Act as a mentor and coach within the client-facing team, sharing insights on Salesforce product strategy, consultative selling methods, and industry trends. Support team members in developing engagement skills and growing their careers.</p></li> <li><p>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving Salesforce roadmap, particularly the advancements in AI and the role of Data Cloud.
