Burlington Stores is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Stocking Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocking and organizing of merchandise in our store, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. Lead and manage a team of retail stockers to ensure efficient and timely stocking of merchandise in the store. Train and mentor team members on proper stocking procedures and ensure they adhere to company standards. Create and maintain a schedule for the team that ensures adequate coverage during peak business hours. Monitor and analyze stock levels to determine when new merchandise needs to be ordered and restocked. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and placement of merchandise in the store. Ensure all merchandise is organized and displayed in a visually appealing manner, following company guidelines. Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify any discrepancies or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including backrooms and storage areas. Assist in the hiring and training of new team members as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding stock availability and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity in the stockroom. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and secure work environment. Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail stocking to improve processes and procedures.
