They are seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage influencer partnerships and UGC content, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to execute paid influencer and UGC programs, owning day-to-day creator communications, outreach, briefing, deliverable tracking, and timelines
  • Lead execution across assigned creator partnerships, including outreach follow-ups, product sends, content coordination, approvals, and usage rights
  • Support creator contracting and negotiations by coordinating agreements, internal approvals, and documentation
  • Manage the flow of influencer and UGC content through internal review and into paid media activation
  • Own product orders across social, influencer, and PR teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain creator tracking, campaign documentation, contracts, and usage rights records
  • Support creator onboarding and coordination across assigned campaigns
  • Manage select areas of community engagement across social platforms, including responses and issue escalation
  • Monitor brand mentions, creator tags, and sentiment, partnering with Customer Experience and PR as needed
  • Identify high-performing influencer and UGC content for use across organic social and paid media
  • Support asset organization and content capture for campaign and product launches
  • Track performance across influencer and UGC initiatives, including content delivery, engagement, and paid media usage
  • Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager and Paid Media team to compile performance insights and post-campaign summaries
  • Apply learnings to future briefs, workflows, and creator recommendations
  • Stay current on influencer, creator, and UGC trends, sharing insights with the broader social team to support iteration and optimization

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (internships and relevant hands-on experience included)
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or ambassador programs in any capacity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines, orders, and logistics accurately
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working across Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and social platforms
  • Familiarity with major social platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a remote or distributed environment
