This is a stable, full-time customer service position and NOT telemarketing, cold calling or gig work. Our agents provide real customer support for businesses across the United States and Canada.

Available Full-Time Shifts


This is a 2nd Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility is required.


Typical Days:

  • Mondays
  • Tuesdays
  • Thursdays
  • Fridays
  • Saturdays


Typical Shifts (Eastern Time):

  • 12pm–8pm
  • 1pm–9pm
  • 2pm–10pm
  • 3pm–11pm

Additional scheduling requirements:

  • One weekend shift per week is required
  • Availability during holidays is required

Compensation:


  • Earn up to $17/hour after attendance bonus
    • Starting Base Pay: $15/hour
    • Earn an additional $2/hour attendance bonus after 90 days
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit

What You'll Do

As an Answering Service Agent, you will:


  • Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses
  • Take accurate messages and relay information clearly
  • Assist callers with empathy and professionalism
  • Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Help create a positive experience for every caller

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates should:


  • Have strong customer service skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Have a friendly, polished phone presence
  • Be dependable and punctual
  • Demonstrate strong spelling and typing skills
  • Be comfortable multitasking while handling calls
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Meet work-from-home requirements, including:
    • A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
    • High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • Be flexible and able to work the required schedule
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • Previous call center or answering service experience is a plus
