Check out our recent success stories here Salary: $45,000 per annum Reporting to: Campaign Manager Location: This is a fully-remote role - please note that we require candidates in the EST timezone. What you'll be... doing: Field Creator Communications: Act as a liaison between the creators and the production team, ensuring clear and timely communication. Upkeeping Production Bible: Maintain and update the production bible with relevant information, guidelines, and resources. Fielding Tech Issues: Address and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the production process. Asset Management: Ensure all necessary assets are properly uploaded to the designated platform. Feedback Loop: Send feedback to creators after Content Manager (CM) reviews their submissions, ensuring constructive and actionable feedback. Shipping and Inventory Management: Monitor and report shipping status to ensure all required materials are in place for production. Ad Code Management: Manage and distribute ad codes as required for campaigns. Billing and Budget Oversight: Assist in managing billing processes and help maintain the production budget, including inserting creator fees to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints. Daily Reporting: Provide daily production status updates to the Content Manager, enabling them to communicate effectively with the client. Required Skills: • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in Asana, with a demonstrated ability to organize and track tasks efficiently. • Strong command of Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and organization. • Proficiency in TikTok, including knowledge of its functionalities and trends. Additional Qualifications (Preferred): • Familiarity with other project management tools and platforms. • Basic knowledge of video editing or content creation tools.
