About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Specialist to support accurate, compliant payroll processing in a fast-paced HR environment. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on Paycom payroll processing, garnishments, understanding of earning codes, and wage compliance. This position supports multiple clients and requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance judgment. Prior Paycom experience is required.
