Order Fulfillment Driver Papa John's is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our quality pizzas and products to customers. This role is crucial to our operation, providing an excellent customer experience while working as part of a dynamic, supportive crew. No prior delivery or food service experience is needed we'll train you!

Qualifications:

  • No prior professional experience is necessary
  • Must possess current authorization to legally work in the United States
  • A dependable, well-maintained personal vehicle is required for all shifts
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including high-volume periods on weekdays and weekends
  • Minimum Age requirement: 18 years or older
  • Essential personal traits include being a hard worker, a strong team player, friendly, honest, and having excellent customer service skills
  • A valid State Driver's License is mandatory
  • An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required (your record does not need to be immaculate; specific standards apply)
  • Proof of current car insurance
  • Reliable personal vehicle for making deliveries
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to working various shifts each week, with required availability during peak hours, weekdays, and weekends
  • Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders
  • All drivers are cross-trained to support in-store operations, including food preparation (pizza making), taking customer orders in person and over the phone, and general cleaning duties
