<p><span>We are seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to focus on generating new business in the mid-market segment. This individual contributor role will own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline creation to closing complex, high-value deals with senior decision-makers.<br>The successful candidate will thrive in a high-growth, technology-driven environment, bringing credibility, business acumen, and proactive engagement to build urgency and prioritize our solutions within client organizations. This role will also leverage artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled sales tools to optimize prospecting, personalize outreach, and accelerate the path to revenue.<br><br><b>Key Accountabilities</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Drive new US customer acquisition within the mid-market within the (250–1,000 employees).</span></li><li><span>Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.</span></li><li><span>Consistently meet or exceed quotas, pipeline targets, and other financial performance metrics.</span></li><li><span>Leverage AI-driven insights (e.g., predictive lead scoring, generative AI for outreach, conversational intelligence) to prioritize prospects and improve conversion rates.</span></li><li><span>Engage senior-level executives with a consultative sales approach, creating urgency and driving action.</span></li><li><span>Develop compelling business cases that highlight ROI, efficiency gains, compliance risk mitigation, and strategic value.</span></li><li><span>Maintain strong CRM (Salesforce) discipline to ensure forecasting accuracy and visibility into pipeline.</span></li><li><span>Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position differentiated solutions.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).</span></li><li><span>3–7+ years of new business / hunter sales experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or business services.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated success building pipeline from scratch and closing complex new logo deals.</span></li><li><span>Strong consultative sales skills, with proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Experience using AI-enabled tools in the sales process to improve effectiveness and personalization.</span></li><li><span>Exceptional business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.</span></li><li><span>Highly proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</span></li></ul><p><b>We have great people here and are looking for more.
