We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will provide virtual healthcare services to patients, offering support, consultation, and care coordination through telecommunication platforms.
You will ensure patients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with medical standards and privacy regulations.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional setting Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environment Strong organizational, research, and administrative skills Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones Familiarity with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) High emotional intelligence, maturity, and demonstrated business acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Comfort asking supervisors for clarity, deadlines, and priority-setting when not explicitly communicated Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams) Preferred Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LVN, MA) Valid state licensure and ability to practice telehealth in assigned regions Prior experience in telemedicine, clinical practice, or patient care strongly preferred Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain medical terms clearly to patients Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital communication tools Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote healthcare team Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered approach Preferred Skills Multistate licensure for broader telehealth coverage Bilingual or multilingual communication skills Experience with chronic disease management, urgent care, or behavioral health Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps .
Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps .
Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor.
A minimum of 8 GB RAM .
Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
