Job Description:

The jobholder main activities will be:

  • Repair of machine breakdowns: Carry out the proper activities of diagnosis and troubleshooting in the case of Corrective Maintenance. In the case of Preventive Maintenance, carry out your own tasks and the range completed correctly:

    • Level 1: Autonomous Maintenance

    • Level 2: Preventive Maintenance (Adjustment & replacement of simple components)

    • Level 3: Corrective Maintenance (Complex adjustments, spare parts & repairs following procedures and auxiliary equipment)

  • SAP PM: Ensure a correct description of work orders

  • Control of suppliers: Monitoring of technical assistance

  • Spare parts: Component control, monitoring and to be autonomous in spares management

  • Test & Control Predictive Maintenance: Analyze collected values from predictive task. Also, to detect possible new Predictive Maintenance in assets

  • Modifications and Improvements (Kaizen): Develop identified and proposed improvements

  • Jobs Documentation: To contribute creating SOIs and similar documents

  • Jobs Procedures: To contribute creating procedures related to troubleshooting

  • Preventive & Corrective: Review maintenance plan, perform diagnosis on assets and write anomalies reports

  • Metrology: Operate metrological tools to ensure geometrical compliance according to the standard, evaluate reports and participate in MFTs (Request for Calibration / Verification of Measuring Equipment)

  • Reports: All Maintenance related reports

  • Knowledge development: Constantly learning to get a deep knowledge on many areas
