They partner closely with cross‑functional teams - including media, analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery - to design segmentation, personas, and customer journeys that support a true 1:1 people‑based marketing approach.<br><br>As a member of the Relationship Marketing Strategy team, you will play a central role in shaping how brands build meaningful, ongoing relationships with their customers. You will craft omnichannel strategies - spanning CRM, email, SMS, web, and mobile app - to help clients unlock the value of their first‑party data and transform it into personalized, connected customer experiences. This team blends analytical rigor, creative problem‑solving, and thought leadership, with a strong focus on 1:1 people‑based marketing.
