Job Description • The primary mission of this role is to design and develop professional e-training resources that train individuals on how to use the proprietary Integrated Skills Development (ISD) Tool Suite or follow the official ISD Process. • Training will result in focused, modular, and concise (10-20 minute) training modules that drive consistent user understanding and optimal usage of the ISD Tool Suite. Responsibilities • Seeking an experienced instructional designer / eLearning developer to rapidly create concise, high-quality, workflow-oriented learning modules using provided subject matter expertise and direct SME engagement. • Modular Training Development Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive e-learning materials (text-based and video-based) using industry-standard tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe, and Microsoft tools. • Ensure modular training resources ultimately enable an integrated understanding of all ISD Tools within the ISD Tool Suite. • Testing and Adjustment (Continuous Improvement) Conduct user testing and gather feedback from stakeholders, including the ITD Team and end users, to evaluate the clarity, relevance, and usability of training materials. • Refine and enhance training resources based on feedback and performance data to ensure optimal user engagement and learning outcomes. Requirements • Expertise in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe, Microsoft, Video). • Proven ability to quickly gather, organize, and translate subject matter expertise into modular, effective, interactive, and engaging skill-development resources tailored to specific user profiles. (not long-form academic training) • Proficiency in conducting SME interviews and extracting actionable operational knowledge with minimal SME burden. • Strong understanding of adult learning, change management principles & application in training and development. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced operational environments with evolving content Desired Skill Sets • Experience in developing training programs for new system implementations. • Demonstrated ability to lead change through training and development initiatives. • Experience in manufacturing, operations, technical, industrial, engineering, or process-drive environments. • Familiarity with skill-based workforce development environments. • Experience in creating standard work, process documentation, operational procedures, or system / tool training. Years of Experience Required (if any) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training design, e-learning development, or workforce training. Education • Degree or equivalent credentials in Training / Instructional Design, or closely related field.
