<p>Description</p><p>The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Director of Inside Sales and is responsible for driving new revenue through proactive outreach, supporting declining accounts, and new business acquisitions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly collaborative, proactive, thrives in a fast-moving, and consistently identifies the next revenue opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This role is a position in the Southwest Territory area and seeking a candidate that can work remote but is comfortable traveling as needed. Candidates are preferred to be in or around the Phoenix, AZ area.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>New Business Acquisition, Revenue Growth & Conversion</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively identify, source, and convert new professional stylist accounts.</li><li>Drive competitor brand conversions using value-based, solution-focused selling.</li><li>Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to build and accelerate a strong pipeline across both brands.</li><li>Re-engage dormant, inactive, and underutilized accounts through strategic outreach and tailored selling approaches.</li></ul><p><strong>Conversion Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Convert inbound and outbound interactions into high-quality sales, education bookings, upsells, cross-sells, and multi-line purchases.</li><li>Leverage CRM data, targeted lists, and marketing/sales tools to maximize conversion results and quota attainment.</li><li>Achieve new account acquisition goals, reactivation KPIs, and competitive conversion targets across all assigned territories.</li></ul><align-left><strong>Account Growth</strong></align-left><ul><li>Maintain consistent territory penetration by contacting all assigned accounts monthly to uncover opportunities and drive incremental revenue.</li><li>Support vacant territories by taking immediate ownership of all accounts and driving momentum until a full-time rep is assigned.</li><li>Develop small-to-mid tier accounts through education recommendations and strategic product line expansion.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales Execution & Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals across revenue, new accounts and conversions.</li><li>Utilize promotions, education calendars, new product launches, and marketing campaigns to drive urgency and close business.</li><li>Maintain detailed CRM notes, pipeline updates, and opportunity stages to ensure accuracy and visibility for cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably within beauty, extensions, or stylist-driven industries</li><li>Demonstrated success in new account development, competitive conversions, and high-volume outreach</li><li>Strong understanding of hair extension categories (Tape, Weft, K-tip) preferred</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Customer service, Education and Field Sales</li><li>Ability to qualify prospects, build pipelines, tailor pitches, overcome objections, and close deals consistently</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with daily outreach targets</li><li>Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills</li><li>Proficient in CRM systems; NetSuite and/or Shopify experience is a plus</li><li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li><li>Outstanding phone presence and relationship-building skills</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p><ul><li>Base pay of $65,000 with additional commission opportunities</li><li>401(k) with company match - $ for $ up to 4% - immediately vested</li><li>Vacation/Holiday Leave</li><li>Great Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance</li><li>Life and AD&D Insurance</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li><li>And so much more!</li></ul><p><strong>A Part of the BIG Picture</strong></p><p><em>BELLAMI is a proud brand of Beauty Industry Group, a beauty company that owns a portfolio of beauty brands based in North America, Australia, and parts of Europe and Latin America.</em></p><p><br><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity at Beauty Industry Group</strong></p><p>At Beauty Industry Group, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
