Why We Need You

As a Sr. Staff Full Stack Engineer, you\'ll join our team and work on a new app/web app for small business owners. The app includes a suite of tools to streamline small business operations, such as managing online business Profiles, managing social media, scheduling, review management, and more. The ideal candidate will work to design, test, and implement this product in partnership with the VP of Software Engineering.

Utilizing your knowledge of programming languages and system design, you\'ll contribute to new projects through each stage of our software development lifecycle. Your expertise in data structures and algorithms, architecture design, code review, and troubleshooting will be essential to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

The Impact You\'ll Have

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications.
  • Develop, design, and maintain scalable web applications, mobile applications, and backend services.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring quality and security throughout the development process.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to continually improve software efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to drive innovation and best practices.

What We Really Need From You

  • 10 to 15 years of experience with a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education).
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment.
  • Knowledge of single-page web application development.
  • Experience in building Flutter mobile applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Object-Oriented design principles
    • Flutter and Dart
    • SQL and RDBMS

What Would Be Big Pluses

  • Knowledge of Flutter Test, Flutter Integration, and Mocktail is a plus.
  • Typescript
  • Vue.JS
