<p><b>What you can expect</b><br />This role supports the growth of the Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) product by planning and coordinating sales, marketing, and customer activities.</p><p>You will help improve how the product is sold, adopted, and retained by<br />customers, using data to guide decisions.</p><p><br /><b>About the Team</b><br />The Go-to-Market Operations team drives ZRA growth by aligning sales, marketing, and customer teams<br />through collaborative plans, scalable programs, data insights, and improved customer experience.</p><p><br /><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate sales and marketing programs to support ZRA product growth.</p></li><li><p>Help scale cross-sell and up-sell activity to existing Zoom customers.</p></li><li><p>Support onboarding and adoption plans to help reduce customer churn.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to building partner and self-service (PLG) sales pathways.</p></li><li><p>Help improve product trial and evaluation processes.</p></li><li><p>Support pricing, packaging, and product bundling initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Assist with product web content, SEO, and gathering customer feedback or testimonials.</p></li><li><p>Support internal product training and adoption across sales, solutions, and customer teams.</p></li><li><p>Track business performance using data and provide insights to support planning.</p></li><li><p>Support customer and industry initiatives, including advisory groups and customer outreach.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>10+ years of experience in go-to-market operations, with significant exposure to both sales and marketing functions.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in CRM SaaS industry with demonstrated results in driving growth initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Experience with sales productivity and revenue intelligence solutions.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing and executing cross-functional programs across marketing, sales, and customer success.</p></li><li><p>A comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies, channel partnerships, and demand generation strategies.</p></li><li><p>B2B SaaS sales motions and customer lifecycle management.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify business trends, and make data-driven recommendations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$126,500.00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$276,700.00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
