<p><span>We are a New York City-grown company and we’re currently looking for talent. We are seeking a reliable, trusting individual to join our Operations team as a </span><strong>Fulfillment & Inventory Supervisor</strong><span>. This is a 100% on-site role for our Warehouse located in: 693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The ideal candidate is proactive, fluent in Spanish, personable and ready to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to lead and support our key warehouse shift. </span></p><p><em>We are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a dynamic, fully hands-on position.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><em>Must</em><span> be able to work fully on-site at our </span><span>693 Atkins Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208</span><span> warehouse.</span></li><li><em>Must</em><span> be able to commit to full time schedule 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday through Friday</span></li><li><span>Should have 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or any related field.</span></li><li><em>Fluent/Conversational in Spanish (required) </em><span>with excellent communication skills (Role involves relaying information in Spanish.)</span></li><li><span>A college degree in any field is preferred or equivalent experience.</span></li><li><span>Prior supervisor experience preferred, but not required.</span></li><li><span>Computer proficiency is a must.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently and lead by example.</span></li><li><span>Must be punctual, dependable, detail oriented and a team player.</span></li><li><span>Occasional overtime may be required during the busy season.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits for the First Year:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Full time role</span></li><li><span>Hourly Rate: $33.65/ hour</span></li><li><span>Health insurance eligibility</span></li><li><span>3 weeks paid vacation per year (must be taken outside of July–September)</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Support warehouse team members during the day shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) while </span><span>reinforcing best practices and SOPs.</span></li><li><span>I</span><span>nventory and Data Management.</span></li><li><span>Ensure collaboration and regular updates from the other warehouse is provided.</span></li><li><span>Actively work on the floor with pickers, packers, and loaders, especially during high-volume season.</span></li><li><span>Ensure all items are picked, packed, labeled, and staged accurately and on schedule.</span></li><li><span>Report Generation & Analysis.</span></li><li><span>Order & Documentation Processing.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with other shifts and departments for smooth operational hand-offs.</span></li><li><span>Identify and resolve order or inventory issues in real time, escalating when necessary.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
