We are seeking a reliable freelance designer to support the creation of clean, polished, corporate-facing documents on an ad hoc basis (approximately 5–10 hours per month).

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at transforming raw content and source materials into professional finished documents using Canva. The work is more corporate and editorial in nature rather than highly artistic or conceptual graphic design.

Typical Projects

Examples of work may include:
  • Executive and candidate summaries
  • Branded corporate profiles
  • Presentation-style marketing documents
  • Business development materials
  • Internal and external corporate communications
  • Light formatting and layout design for reports or proposals
We will generally provide:
  • Raw source content (Word docs, resumes, notes, PDFs, etc.)
  • Existing branding/style examples
  • Direction on tone and structure
Your role will be to:
  • Organize and format content clearly
  • Create visually polished layouts in Canva
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and spacing
  • Deliver professional, client-ready materials
  • Occasionally update or refresh existing templates/documents
Ideal Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Canva
  • Experience creating professional corporate documents and marketing materials
  • Excellent layout, typography, and formatting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Comfortable working from rough or partially organized source materials
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting executive search, consulting, healthcare, professional services, or B2B organizations
