Our focus is on transforming finance operations, allowing you to assess, redesign, and implement improvements while fostering strong client relationships and utilising advanced technology to enhance service delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You’ll collaborate with clients to provide tailored outsourced accounting services, including the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and comprehensive bookkeeping solutions designed to meet their specific needs.
  • You'll participate in a series of onboarding sessions designed to deepen your understanding of accounting requirements and the commercial landscape.
  • Get involved in various projects and accounts, working with businesses of all sizes and complexities. Collaborate with teams across the UK and internationally, gaining invaluable insights into global finance operations.
  • You'll receive training on various accounting platforms and can work on innovative initiatives, including the use of AI to streamline our services.
  • Throughout your programme, you'll have designated college days to prepare for your exams. Apply your office experience and exam knowledge to continuously enhance the value you bring to your projects.
  • Upon successfully passing your exams and gaining experience within Finance Operations, you'll qualify and can further develop your skills and career at EY.
