Cavender Auto Family is currently looking for a talented Regional Maintenance Technician to join our growing family and help "Make Confidence Happen"

Here is what you will be doing:

  • The Regional Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all general repairs/maintenance needed at Cavender Toyota and Audi Dominion.
  • Performs general maintenance repairs throughout common areas, directed by the dealership leadership teams and the Platform Director. This includes but is not limited to drywall & painting repairs, minor HVAC, and minor electrical & plumbing and lighting.
  • Quickly respond to all repair/maintenance tickets and resolve the issue as fast as possible.
  • Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
  • Communicate any issues, problem concerns and updates regularly to the Platform Director
  • Perform preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Develops, selects, and negotiates with vendors and outside contractors for parts, some equipment/tools and specialized repair or installation services in coordination with the Platform Director
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Here is what you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, including minor electrical repair, and plumbing
  • Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
