  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with brokers
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Stable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace
  • Familiar with U.S. geography, trucking routes, and freight types
What's Offered:
  • Competitive weekly pay in USD
  • Performance bonuses for high revenue weeks and on-time performance
  • Opportunity to work with a growing U.S. logistics operation that values long-term commitment and professionalism
  • Supportive environment with access to the best load boards and tools
  • Consistent, full-time work - no cold calling or chasing leads
Important:
This position is for experienced dispatchers only.
We are not offering training, so applicants must already have proven experience booking loads and handling live dispatch operations for U.S.-based trucks.
If you're confident in your dispatching skills and ready to work with a serious, fast-growing U.S. company, this is your chance to join a professional team that rewards results.
