You’re a coach, consultant, and catalyst for dealer success. Through collaboration and an unwavering commitment to excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring every dealer in your district delivers service and parts experiences that are <strong>Fast</strong>, <strong>Transparent</strong>, and genuinely <strong>Feel Good</strong> for customers, employees, and the Toyota brand.<br><br><strong>What We Need From You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree Pref</li><li>5-7 years</li><li>Must be willing to relocate and/or live in the assigned Gulf States Toyota Region (Oklahoma).</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively</li><li>Ability to teach and facilitate learning</li><li>Demonstrate self-management, time management, and process management skills</li><li>Demonstrate problem solving and performance analysis skills</li><li>Ability to influence others (negotiating skills, persuasiveness, & tenacity to follow)</li><li>Ability to promote, coordinate, and drive change</li><li>DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Required</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical And Environmental Requirements<br><br></strong>The job requires significant domestic travel.
