Job Posting Title: Disney & Pixar Games, Brand Relations Intern, Spring 2026 Req ID: 10130786 Job Description: About the Role and Program: The Walt Disney Company's games business is one of the world's largest licensors of games across platforms. Our teams work closely with external game development studios to create original stories through high-quality games inspired by the worlds of Disney, Pixar, and 20th. The Brand Relations team partners with Disney & Pixar Games production, creative, and marketing to assist in delivering world-class games across the portfolio. Working with the Disney & Pixar Brand Relations team, you will support assigned titles within the games business while sitting at Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, CA. Your internship plays a critical role in detailed note taking, asset management, and review of games deliverables across all assigned titles in a collaborative, organized, and timely fashion while also gaining firsthand experience with the Disney, Pixar, and 20th brands. Please note: This is not a Games Development or Games Production Role. This role is focused on project management and brand relations. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Emeryville, CA area from January 2026 – June 2026. What You Will Do: Support the Disney, Pixar, and 20th Games teams in production, creative, and marketing by providing content and reference across their game titles Support the routing/approvals of assets to Studio and partner stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Creative, PR, Marketing) to secure feedback/approvals on all submissions Maintain asset management tools and directories to track/coordinate deliverables Utilize project management tools such as Airtable/Zendesk Develop knowledge of brand relations partnerships, process, and the brands themselves Build relationships with key Studio and partner stakeholders to facilitate reviews and approvals Required Qualifications & Skills: Ability to think pragmatically, not just theoretically by using problem solving and critical thinking to implement ideas Strong teamwork capabilities with a desire to collaborate with others Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different partners Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly present materials, ideas, and feedback An eye for detail and thoroughness with strong organization and workflow management skills Curiosity and inquisitiveness including a desire to understand both our games and our IP/Brands Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) Preferred Qualifications: Passion for games, digital, and interactive experiences industries Demonstrated affinity and familiarity with Disney, Pixar, and 20th Brands Education: Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Brand Management, Marketing, Gaming, or other related fields Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information: Must provide full-time work availability. M-F, 40 hours a week.
