**Your Impact**

+ You develop and implement AGCO's AI and data governance strategy, including policy frameworks, risk management protocols, and ethical guidelines, while ensuring compliance with international standards such as the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF

+ You lead and coordinate governance committees like the Responsible AI Committee, Executive AI Oversight Council, and oversee governance across the entire AI lifecycle from intake to decommissioning

+ You implement TEVV frameworks, model monitoring platforms, and enterprise-wide risk classification and mitigation processes, ensuring traceability, explainability, and performance monitoring of all models

+ You collaborate with legal, security, architecture, and business teams to conduct high-risk assessments, enforce governance controls, and promote data quality, lineage, and classification, while safeguarding compliance with privacy and security standards

+ You drive change management, training, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of responsible AI, lead the development of a unified data and AI platform with integrated governance and security functions, and ensure all tools, pipelines, and environments meet governance standards

**Your Experience and Qualifications**

+ Minimum ten years of extensive leadership experience in AI governance, data strategy, and compliance

+ In-depth knowledge of the EU AI Act, GDPR, and global governance frameworks like NIST, ISO, COBIT

+ Expertise in AI lifecycle management, risk frameworks, and policy development

+ Specialized knowledge in generative AI governance, agent-based AI pipelines, and model observability platforms

+ Academic degree in data science, law, information systems, or a related field; preferred industry expertise in agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
